Any custom pens delivered may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 21 days if the custom pens are found to be faulty. The cost of returns may be refunded in whole or in part to the customer depending on the fault with the pens.
Promotional pens that are damaged on delivery must be reported to Banner Pen Australia within 48 hours of being delivered. Pens must be visually inspected by the customer on delivery for damage and an acceptance of delivery docket completed noting any damage that resulted from delivery. Personalised pens that are missing, delivered faulty or defective by Banner Pen Australia may be replaced, repaired, refunded or exchanged provided Banner Pen Australia is informed in writing within 21 days.
Clauses 1 and 2 above do not apply to any defect in the custom pens caused by the fault, negligence or failure of the customer.
