Can you layout our artwork / design?

Yes. We have a dedicated graphic designer and print specialist that can layout your scroll pen / banner pen artwork as per your specifications.

Our graphic designer will assess all artwork for possible problems or discolouration that could during printing if converting a PMS colour. Banner Pen Australia offers low graphic design rates at $95 per job.

Can I prepare my own artwork?

Yes – ABSOLUTELY! We provide artwork templates and specifications which are very easy to follow for any graphic designer and you can simply email us your completed artwork when you are ready to go.

How long does it take to make my pens?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery following final artwork and proof approval and add another week if the pens need to be delivered to WA or the NT.

Are samples available?

Yes. Samples are available FREE OF CHARGE, and are sent via Australia Post.

Are replacement ink inserts available?

Yes, replacement ink refills are available for all models of banner pens.
